Access your account settings, view usage, and get help from the More page and the Company Portal.
More page
Section titled “More page”Tap the More tab at the bottom of the extension. Here you can:
- Contact Support — send us a message directly. We reply via Lark Messenger.
- Open in Lark — opens the Company Portal to view your organization’s dashboard.
- Language / Restart Tour — change display language or restart the guided tour.
Company Portal
Section titled “Company Portal”Tap Open in Lark from the More page to access your organization’s dashboard at company.automadoc.cc. Everyone can see the dashboard; admins can also manage users and templates.
The dashboard shows:
- Your current plan (Free, Trial, or Pro)
- Number of users in your organization
- Templates used vs. your limit
- Quick start guide for new tenants
- Plan status and trial information
- Links to documentation and support
